Dorothy J. Murray (nee Panoch). Beloved wife of the late Patrick Murray. Devoted mother of Kathleen (the late Stephen), Maureen (John) Fox, Patricia & the late Eileen. Cherished grandmother of Julie, Lisa, Christine, Laura (Robert), Chris, Patrick & Kaitlyn. Adoring great grandmother of R.J., Adelyn, Brenna & Bradley. Loving sister of Joan Svec & sister-in-law of Jack (Joan) Murray. She was noted for her kindness to everyone & a friend to many. Dorothy was a dedicated registered nurse for 27 years at the Palos Heights School District 128. She loved spending time with her family at her home in New Buffalo, Michigan. She enjoyed the simple pleasures in life; reading, painting, puzzles, music & playing cards. Visitation Sunday, September 20th from 4 until 8 p.m. Chapel prayers Monday, September 21st, 11:00 a.m. at the Kerry Funeral Home, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights proceeding to Saint Alexander Church, Palos Heights, Mass 11:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Palos Heights or New Buffalo Public Libraries would be appreciated.
