Loving father of Michael (Glenda) Higgins, Michael (Jeanine) LoPresti, Laura (Pat) Gannon, Kimberly (Mike) Pirrello, Maria (Dennis) Roach & the late Meriellen Keller. Proud grandfather of 13, great grandfather of 13 & great great grandfather of 1. Devoted son of the late: Richard & Mary (nee Fahey) Higgins. Dear brother of the late: John & William Higgins. Favorite uncle of many. Great friend & mentor to many generations of family, friends and acquaintances. Visitation Friday, April 24th from 3 until 9 p.m. Chapel service Saturday, April 25th, 11:00 a.m. at the Kerry Funeral Home, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights proceeding to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery for committal prayers.
