Dear father of Bonnie (Steve) Hernew, Erik (Verneka) Strom & the late Samantha Strom. Proud grandfather of Sienna Hernew & Lilly and Erik Evan Strom. Fond brother of Nancy Metcalfe & Gerald (Gladie) Strom. Memorial Visitation Sunday, January 31st from 1 until 5 p.m. with Military Honors at 4 p.m. at the Kerry Funeral Home, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights. Funeral & Interment will be private.
