Thomas Joseph Toolis Proud U.S. Army Veteran during the Vietnam War & Retired Chicago Police Officer who served the department for 30 years. Beloved husband of the late Jamele (nee Weigand) Toolis. Loving father of Thomas W. (Shelley) & Joseph (Katie) Toolis. Adoring grandfather of Thomas Noah, Sean & Cordelia. Dear brother of Cheryl (Charles) Malnarick, Richard Toolis and the late; James, Geraldine & Robert Toolis. Kind uncle of many nieces & nephews.
